WHS publications

The Society produces a journal, The Wallpaper History Review, which is free to members of the Society.

All new members receive a copy of the latest edition of the Society’s fully illustrated, international journal The Wallpaper History Review, which is issued every three years and is unique in the field. It is packed with over 100 pages of wallpaper and wallcovering-related information from both public and private collections, plus essays and articles on historic and contemporary wallpapers, and book and exhibition reviews. 

 

The Review includes information and content from a wide range of contributors including academics, museum professionals, architects, the wallpaper trade, artists and printmakers, students and our members.

The Wallpaper History Society Newsletter

​

Our Newsletter is an e-Bulletin full of wallpaper-related information that keeps our members up to date about events, exhibitions and publications.  It also features reviews of previous events and items of wallpaper interest including new designs and new discoveries.  It also announces the winners of the Society’s awards.
