​Robert Weston  (1943-2018) founded Hamilton Weston Wallpapers in the early 1980s after years spent salvaging and recording wallpapers as part of his work for the Greater London Council’s Historic Buildings Division.  Working from his own collection, Robert spent many hours drawing and piecing together original fragments in order to reproduce a range of historic wallpaper designs that date from the 1690s onwards.  With 40 years of experience HWW continue to reproduce authentic historic designs by hand print, screen print and digital processes, often working from original fragments brought to them by museums, heritage trusts and private clients.
